"My House is a Wreck!"

Hi! I am Elizabeth. Things have been happening pretty fast in my life! I
just married Mr. Right, became a stepmother to two fabulous kiddos, and had a
new baby- all in the last year and a half! Add a couple of moves and my 36th
birthday in there and you will understand why I am feeling the need to record
this crazy stage of our lives! At least now I can come back and read about it
someday- I know I won't remember! Oh, and keep in mind that I while I am posting
the good memories and high points of our daily life- my house really is a wreck!

Movin' and Groovin'

Hello World! I am still standing! Shew! The last few weeks have certainly been crazy, but I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel! To catch you up...We moved to a new town that is about 15 mins away from our previous town! Don has been working over here for a few months, and we knew we needed to hurry up and join the community...so here we are! I will post pics of the rent house soon. We are hoping that our "Forever House" or at least "For the Next 10 years House" will reveal itself to us soon! But until then...Rental City!!

Here are pics from moving day. My mom was fabulous enough to come and get John Stephen for a few days. We had Pax and Syd for the weekend, and I'll admit that I wondered if it was a good idea to have kids around during the move, but they were such a help! We will have good memories of this day!

Pax loaded and unloaded like a champ! And look who I caught trying on my hats!
At one point I looked out the window and saw this sight!! I guess everyone needed a break!

Sydney was quick to befriend the movers and find out where their snack cooler was! Everytime I turned around she was enjoying a gatorade or a Little Debbie from their stash!!

So, we have arrived! And besides a few things that are still over at the old house, we are all here. I can't decide how settled we are going to get- To hang pictures or not to hang pictures? That is the Question! I'll be back soon!
